Michael Follick, Ph.D.

Chief Operating Officer

 

 

Dr. Follick is a co-founder of EPS, LLC and has worked directly with employers for the past eighteen years helping them improve quality and lower costs associated with employee benefits.  He has successfully developed and implemented healthcare cost-containment programs for numerous businesses and is recognized nationally as an expert in healthcare quality improvement and measurement, having received numerous Federal grants and contracts over the past 30 years. 

 

Dr. Follick is also founder and CEO of Abacus Management Technologies, LLC (d.b.a. Abacus Employer Health Solutions) which develops and disseminates decision-support tools for health plan members and provides consulting services to employers for health plan quality improvement and cost control.  Dr. Follick brings the full resources and expertise of Abacus to support the mission and activities of EPS, LLC.
