EPS has created two strategic affiliations to support their broad-based book of business with  Abacus Management Technologies (d.b.a. Abacus Health Solutions) and BLUE Ox Strategic Communications. 

 

Abacus develops and disseminates decision-support tools for health plan members and provides consulting services to employers for health plan quality improvement and cost control. Abacus has successfully developed healthcare cost-containment programs for business and is recognized nationally as an expert in healthcare quality improvement and measurement, having received numerous Federal grants and contracts for its work with healthcare and benefits improvement in the employer segment

 

BLUE Ox Strategic Communications is a pharmaceutical industry based strategic in-source marketing and communications provider engaged in providing commercial development and product launch strategy plans as well as  resultant Holistic Integrated Communication Strategies (HICS™), primarily for emerging and small specialty pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers.
